Unit Manager

This role leads Consti’s specialized renovation construction units, acting as a senior supervisor for unit managers and professionals. You are responsible for building and growing the organization to support client projects such as micro repairs, glass facade work, sealing, fireproofing, and small-scale facade and balcony renovations. You will be a member of the Leadership Team in the Housing sector. You will build a growth-oriented organization and operating models, drive growth and identification of new business opportunities, and manage customer relationships at strategic and tactical levels. Reports to the area director. You should have experience in leadership within the renovation construction sector, in growing business and leading sales, and in managing a broad network of clients and subcontractors. Educational background could be a degree in construction engineering or a higher AMK/engineering degree, or a master-level degree in engineering or building trades. You should be capable of strategic leadership and thinking about business from an owner’s perspective, identifying new market opportunities, uniting people to work as a single team, and combining strategic planning with practical execution. You should respond quickly to emerging situations, be goal-oriented and result-driven.
