Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration Subject Matter Expert) to join our client's team through StaffPoint on a fixed-term contract of at least six months. In this role, you will take a leading position in ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITSM transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a dynamic international environment. Your responsibilities As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while acting as a technical expert in complex integration projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects - Designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards - Architecting and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications - Driving ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs - Developing advanced solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, Service Portal, and custom applications - Conducting code reviews and ensuring development best practices - Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers - Preparing technical designs, effort estimates, and supporting solution proposals - Mentoring junior developers and sharing technical knowledge - Supporting platform upgrades and adoption of new ServiceNow features What we expect from you - Minimum seven years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience - ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification - Experience developing and implementing custom applications and scoped applications - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform customization - Extensive experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and LDAP, SAML, and OAuth integrations - Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills - Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting - Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices - Strong communication skills in English Interested?
