In this role, you will play a key role in the ServiceNow development of the customer environment in the implementation of continuous sprint development and separate development initiatives and projects. In your duties, you are responsible for: The development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in customer environments as part of an agile development team. The role emphasizes in particular the planning, implementation, coordination and high-quality implementation of development work in cooperation with the customer, architect, Product Owners and the development team. Your key tasks are: - Planning, configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions according to the customer's needs - Participating in daily development work as part of sprints and other development initiatives - Translating business needs into working solutions in cooperation with the customer, Product Owners and architects - Supporting the development team, coordinating development work and ensuring quality - Implementing integrations, testing, documentation and production deployments following ServiceNow best practice principles - Mentoring other developers and actively utilizing new features of the ServiceNow platform We hope that you have: - At least 4 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, integrations) - Experience with agile operating models (Scrum, SAFe) - Ability to act both as an independent developer and as a senior support for international development teams - Experience in specifying requirements and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders - Good understanding of ServiceNow OOTB solutions and their utilization - ServiceNow CSA certificate In addition, we value: - ServiceNow CIS certificate, e.g. ITSM, CSM, HRSD or SPM - CAD and/or CTA certificate or progress on the CTA learning path - Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP interfaces and integrations - Understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB/CSDM entities - Experience with AI and GenAI solutions on the ServiceNow platform, e.g. via Now Assist You will succeed in the role if: - You get development moving forward systematically and bring things to a goal. - You can break down requirements into implementable entities. - You keep the development team's focus on the right priorities and remove obstacles to progress. - You manage several parallel development initiatives and sprint work. - You actively develop the quality, efficiency and predictability of development. - You operate smoothly in international development teams and customer environments. - You enjoy collaborating and sparring with other developers.
