Customer and Sales Negotiator

A growing HL-Family family is seeking full‑time sales and customer negotiators. Our wide network of partners enables us to find for every employee a product to sell and market. You can influence the product choice yourself. The products are well known and we obtain customer registers from our partners: Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, Terramedia. Previous work experience is not required, as we train every selected person with 30 years of experience and expertise. For us age is just a number and our sales team ranges from early career to retirees. Our full‑time staff work 7 hours per day in either morning or evening shifts. Work shift planning takes into account personal life situations and you can influence your own shifts. After a training period there is also the possibility to work remotely. You will receive the necessary equipment from the company. We treat each employee as an individual and provide personal support throughout your career with us. If you’re seeking a new direction in life and want to train for a profession, we also have apprenticeship positions available. You gain valuable work experience and pay while completing the Merchandiser (merkonom) qualification.
