Our home – Esperi Hoivakoti Vivian Esperi Hoivakoti Vivian in Ylöjärvi provides a home for 32 older people who need round-the-clock supported housing. At Vivian, we have committed professionals specialising in the care and guidance of older people. Our work is based on a rehabilitative and participatory approach. Interesting visitors, musical performances, chair exercise sessions and shared celebrations are enjoyed by both residents and nurses. A typical working day would include, among other things: • Providing basic care according to each resident’s needs and acting as their named caregiver. • Supporting and strengthening functional ability whenever possible. • Monitoring and documenting wellbeing. • Completing RAI assessments and service implementation plans. • Medication treatment. • Guiding students. • Close cooperation with relatives and any other relevant stakeholders. Employment details The position is permanent. The work is hourly paid (0–115 hours per three weeks) and involves three-shift work. We hope you can start as soon as possible, by agreement! Pay We follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The practical nurse’s hourly wage is €15.29 (pay grade G20C). Possible experience-based additions and shift-specific supplements under the collective agreement are paid on top of the position-specific basic salary. What we require from you • A practical nurse qualification. • Valid medication permits or readiness to obtain them immediately at the start of employment. • A SOTE professional card, a hygiene passport and vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act. • At least functional basic Finnish language skills (B1). Language skills may need to be demonstrated if necessary. • The successful applicant must show us a criminal record extract as required by the Criminal Records Act.
