Responsibilities
- Manage reception and front-desk operations, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, handle keys, mail and other office services
- Plan and execute office events, social breaks and small daily surprises to foster community
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and support a productive work environment
- Collaborate with facilities, vendors and partners to ensure smooth daily operations
- Be an active part of shaping the Helsinki office's culture and development
Requirements
- Some experience in office services, events, coordination or similar roles
- Ability to multitask and take initiative when a solution is not yet clear
- Interest in developing the work environment and office practices
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English
- Proficiency in commonly used Microsoft 365 tools
- Driver's license (B) is a plus
