(Translated from Finnish) In our world, modern work is not just a set of individual systems. It is a way of working where AI, automation, and smooth collaboration increase human productivity. Deep technical expertise combined with industry understanding allows us to see the big picture more broadly than a traditional system provider. It is important for us to understand how the customer's business actually works and how technology can support it in the best possible way. We are looking for a Modern Work expert for our team who is passionate about Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-assisted work. At the core of the role is helping our customers implement Copilot systematically, building customized agents with Copilot Studio to support customers' daily lives, and preparing now for the fact that Agent 365 will be a strong part of the modern work environment. The role combines a hands-on approach, solution design, and the ability to inspire and train people in new ways of working. You will play a central role in consulting customers, designing solutions, and bringing implementations to completion - from observations to concrete development projects, roadmaps, and adoption. Key areas of responsibility: - Current state mapping: Map the customer's Microsoft 365 environment and Copilot readiness, identify the best use cases, and compile clear development plans and roadmaps for customer management. - Microsoft 365 Copilot: Design and implement deployments. Readiness, management and governance, use case identification, and measurable benefit. - Copilot Studio agents: Build customized agents for customer needs and develop them further; be part of leading the team towards digital agent colleagues. - Adoption and change management: Design and lead workshops and training where you help people truly make new technology part of their everyday life. This is a central part of the role. - Light automations and interfaces: Develop, for example, Agent Flow & Power Automate automations and utilize interfaces (Microsoft Graph, PowerShell) to support solutions. - Continuous development: Support customers with metrics, adoption tracking, and regular reviews - prioritize development targets and measures. What kind of technical expertise do we expect you to bring: We do not expect deep expertise in all of the following, but we would hope for understanding and interest in at least: - Microsoft 365 Copilot: Implementation, management, use cases, and adoption - Copilot Studio: Building and developing agents (or a strong desire to learn this) - Adoption and change management: Designing and leading workshops and training - Microsoft 365 collaboration services: Understand the role of Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive as part of a modern work environment. Note: we will not build new intranet solutions. For that purpose, we have our own great IntraActive product. We focus on productivity brought by collaboration and AI - Communication: Ability to read and produce technical documentation, and communicate fluently in Finnish and English to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience that is considered an advantage: - Interest and experience in the Microsoft 365 world - Power Platform, especially Power Automate light automations - Power Platform Governance - Basics of Entra ID and Conditional Access policies (governance and security) - Intune / Endpoint Manager knowledge (not a requirement, but a plus) - Microsoft certifications are also cool, but we have found that experience in work tasks is more important than these Who is this role suitable for: You already have a few years of experience in Microsoft 365-based work environments and a genuine passion for AI-assisted work. You have some background in working at the customer interface, preferably in consulting, and you enjoy situations where you can train and inspire people. You can describe complex solutions clearly and suggest practical paths forward for the customer. You enjoy a role where technical work and consulting go hand in hand. You implement, justify choices, and guide the work in the right direction. Your way of working shows initiative, accountability, and the ability to act as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will not step into a ready-made, fully polished environment, but you will be able to influence the direction in which modern work and AI development evolve as a unit. Daily work practices: Location doesn't matter - work can be done from wherever it works best for you, even from the end of a cottage pier. Remote work is our everyday reality and we trust that you do your work where it is most meaningful for you. However, we like to gather every now and then at our awesome headquarters in Helsinki Pitäjänmäki, so it's fine if you can visit in person occasionally. Face-to-face interaction, knowledge sharing, and shared moments are a natural and pleasant part of our everyday life - not an obligation. What next? If you've made it this far, it's a good sign and we want to hear from you! We are most helped by an understanding of which Microsoft 365 environments you have grown in most, what situations you have solved at a practical level, and what expertise you want to grow next. A clear and concise description of your work is enough; we do not expect a perfect list of technologies. We do not tie the application to a strict schedule, but will conclude the employment contract when a mutual match is found.
