About the role

We are looking for local security guards to operate at our Otaniemi site, performing security tasks for our client. The role involves customer service, security patrols, monitoring work, access control, alarm tasks and property maintenance assistance. The control room operates 24/7, with shifts across all hours and days of the year. You will receive thorough onboarding and support from experienced colleagues and the unit leadership. The pay follows the Security Industry collective agreement (TES) at level 3 (13.43 €/h). In addition, we pay new employees a loyalty bonus after 8 months of service (500 €).

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Security-related training preferred but at least one year of experience as a patrol officer or alarm/service center roles is supportive
  • Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus
  • Valid security card and driving license B; First aid and use-of-force training useful and will be provided if needed
