System Manager

We are seeking a System Manager to lead the finance planning and reporting team. In this role you will oversee a finance planning and reporting team of over ten people, maintaining financial planning and reporting solutions for external clients as well as internal and external customer reporting tools. You will act as the team’s first line supervisor, developing processes and ways of working in a customer-oriented manner. You will chair operational meetings with customers, prepare client proposals, and bill for the work performed. You will coordinate system development, system upgrade projects, and new deployments within your area of responsibility, ensuring services are high-quality, efficient, and profitable now and in the future. You will report to the Process and System Development Manager and be part of the leadership group driving business development. Your responsibilities include leading the finance planning and reporting team, ensuring customer experience and service levels, responsibility for profitability and metrics, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. We seek a candidate who understands finance planning and reporting processes and outsourced service production requirements, has strong leadership experience and client project exposure, can manage volumes, service levels and efficiency simultaneously, and can develop services into a unified service model with a customer-centric approach. You should be analytical, development-oriented, and an effective communicator who understands the specifics of public sector financial reporting and is willing to study its details.
