You will contribute to the creative direction for seasonal trim collections, ensuring they align with current industry trends. This position demands a comprehensive grasp of design and development fundamentals, trend interpretation, and inventive problem-solving in the fashion sector. We are seeking an individual who is highly attuned to the market's direction and eager to introduce innovative concepts. You will report directly to the Embelex Newness Manager as part of an agile, global team responsible for executing calendarized sample programs. In this capacity, you will help shape trend-focused sample collections that highlight Embelex's embellishment portfolio across both apparel and secondary markets.

Responsibilities
- Guide the overall creative vision, design, and development product strategy for Embelex seasonal sample collections.
- Drive and own end-to-end operational launch success through calendar and process accountability and strategic evolutions.
- Stay on top of industry trends by conducting regular market and competitive analysis for knowledge of emerging consumer trends, product innovations, segmentation, and competitors.
- Provide design and product technical support to the newness team, fostering creative troubleshooting and solutions mindset.
- Validate back-end support for global launch, including sample distribution, product photography, product merchandising support, and product data distribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Textile, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
