Electrical Design Development Manager

As our development manager, you will have freedom and responsibility but above all, you will see the results of your work in practice – in a role where you shape your own view. You will be responsible for the overall development of our electrical design work, including operational models, processes, and their implementation across our organization. Your primary goal is to ensure smoother daily operations for our designers and the seamless adoption of new technologies. You will work closely with the business director of electricity on development matters. Collaboration with management is close, and the themes guiding your work are chosen together. However, you will be responsible for the development work and its implementation independently. A significant part of your impact will come from implementation: ensuring that the results of our development work truly transfer into our design practices. This includes monitoring, reporting, and active dialogue with stakeholders. You will also represent electricity in our multidisciplinary development activities alongside other design area managers. Since development in the electrical design sector is also carried out nationally, you will be an influencer in this area. The role of development manager in electrical design is new for us, and since we are at a new stage, you will have the opportunity to build a role that suits you. There are few fixed rules.
