We are seeking a nurse to join our Attendo Pajuhovi team in Nummela. The position offers a recruitment bonus of 2500 euros for the selected candidate. The job is within a continuous elderly care home in Vihti–Nummela, where a compassionate staff and friendly residents await. The nurse will combine clinical expertise with person-centered care and development work, and will have the opportunity to work as part of a multispecialty team, with support from other nurses in the facility. We provide a thorough orientation, ongoing training opportunities through Attendo, and multiple employee benefits including coffee/tea and meal benefits, comprehensive occupational health care, Edenred for sports and culture, and a staff benefits program. Requirements include nursing education, vaccination against infectious diseases per legal requirements for the duration of employment, current medication licenses or readiness to obtain them at start, hygienics passport or readiness to obtain it within three months, fluent Finnish, criminal background check, and the SOTE professional card or readiness to obtain it immediately. The role is full-time and permanent, with salary level G24D under the private social services sector collective agreement. A local region adjustment of 85.77€/month is paid from 1.8.2025 for full-time employees. Your shifts are primarily day shifts with potential evening and weekend duties to ensure smooth daily routines for residents. Start date negotiable.
