Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Ylästö Daycare. The role involves working in a preschool group with a collaborative team that includes another early childhood educator, a nurse, and an assistant. The daycare is part of the Ylästö unit, located in a six-ward facility with spacious spaces for high-quality early childhood education. The surrounding parks and nature areas offer excellent outdoor opportunities. We emphasize children’s friendship and emotional skills and inclusivity in leadership, with space for professional expertise. The work environment aims to be communal, inspiring, supportive, and engaged. We value a calm, patient approach with parents and children, and sensitive, interactive communication. The successful candidate will contribute to inclusive leadership within the unit. The unit is adjacent to Ylästö School and benefits from close collaboration with local communities. The position is permanent, with a six-month probationary period, full-time, and a 38h15min weekly schedule. Salary follows the Municipal Education Personnel collective agreement, with additional allowances for specific qualifications and experience.
