Job Details
Responsibilities
- Set the engineering direction for AI platform capabilities across cloud providers
- Lead hands-on engineering across cloud infrastructure, provisioning, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
- Design secure platform foundations with identity, access controls, and observability
- Drive adoption of AI platform services like Bedrock, Gemini, and Foundry in a banking context
- Mentor engineers and foster platform engineering culture
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, architects, cybersecurity, and governance teams
- Own and communicate the technical roadmap and align with business priorities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience designing production-grade platform capabilities across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Experience with AWS Bedrock/AgentCore, Google Gemini, or Azure AI Foundry
- Strong knowledge of IdP integration, IAM, federation, secrets management
- CI/CD, observability, and operational controls
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders
