Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a devoted early childhood education teacher for a permanent position starting 1 September 2026 (or as agreed). The Kivistön day care is located in a quiet residential area and serves four groups of children aged 1–5 years. The recently renovated bright indoor spaces enable versatile activities, and we also make use of the large hall at nearby Maitorppa and local parks and forest areas. We are a professional, participatory and dynamic work community where you will take part in developing early childhood education and your own work. In our multidisciplinary team you will receive support from colleagues, broad specialists and managers, with strong structures to support pedagogical leadership. We are part of the ProVaka operating model, which emphasizes positive feedback to guide behaviour, fosters an inclusive environment for early childhood education, and promotes a shared approach to supervision that values social skills.
