Salesperson

We are Taloturva Group Oy, a domestic family-owned company and expert in plumbing renovations, operating in Finland, Sweden and Norway with over 130 professionals. In Tampere we are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented salesperson to strengthen our Tampere team. What we offer: Ready-made client visits (about 15 per week) in your calendar, a strong income with base salary plus bonus, and a high level of client satisfaction (NPS 72 in 2026). Typical day: start at the office in Tampere with the team, visit pre-booked customer homes, listen to needs and present our solution to close deals, and finish by reviewing the day’s outcomes. We do not require 10 years of experience; what matters is how you meet people, listen, and drive results. Requirements: enjoy people contact, be goal-oriented, have a driving license (B). We value prior sales experience but the right attitude is decisive. Location: Tampere, Pirkanmaa. Employment is full-time with travel within the Pirkanmaa region.
