Restaurant Operations Manager

As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will act as the restaurant manager’s right hand. You will be responsible for Zetor’s night-time operations, their smooth running and results. You will lead and motivate your team and work closely with security staff and the DJ. You will be responsible for two bars and ensure that work is well organised during shifts and that customers have a good evening from start to finish. Advance bookings also generate night-time business, so you will sell events and plan and organise their delivery. The work is not limited to night shifts: you will also work in the dining room and bar at different times of day. Success in the role is visible in everyday work. You combine smooth customer service, inspiring people leadership and commercial thinking. You understand business figures and use them to develop operations together with your team and the restaurant manager. You enjoy being around people, take part in practical work and see successes as shared achievements. The salary is €3,300–€3,700 per month depending on your skills and experience, including supplements. The employment is permanent and full-time. Shifts take place at different times of day but are mainly in the evenings.
