Property caretaker

We are looking for a property caretaker for our client properties in Rovaniemi for the winter season. The role involves maintenance of outdoor and yard areas using a wheel loader. The contract is on a call basis and hours depend on the client site and substitutions. Previous experience with wheel loaders and property maintenance is advantageous. A valid B-driver’s license is required. A safety card is beneficial but training can be provided. The job is mobile and independent, requiring responsibility and the ability to plan work.
