Do you have experience with TIG welding and reading technical drawings? We are seeking a motivated welder for our client Maviteknik Oy in Humppila for a long-term, full-time position. Maviteknik Oy, founded in 1997, is a contract metal workshop whose specialties include mechanical subcontracting for the energy, process, metal and shipbuilding industries. Complex manufacturing and assembly tasks are performed in modern production facilities under certified quality systems. In 2025 the company’s turnover was about €6.6 million and about 40 industrial professionals work there. You will work as part of Maviteknik’s pipe production preparing pipelines for welding, responsible for positioning, fitting and fillet welding according to work drawings. The main material is carbon steel and success requires TIG welding skills and the ability to read technical drawings. At the start of the employment you will complete a competency test related to the task, after which you will work as part of a welding team on pipe heavyt‑assembly tasks. Your working hours are 40h per week, Monday to Friday, day shift 7:00–15:30. The job is covered by the Technology Industry TES and the salary is negotiable based on experience and skill. We value experience in TIG welding, ability to read drawings, careful and precise work ethic, and a motivated attitude with a wish to commit to a long-term employment.
