Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue seeks a Practical Nurse for a permanent position starting 7 September 2026. The primary duty station at start will be in Porvoo home care. Home care supports and cares for people who do not manage at home without assistance. As a Practical Nurse you will use your broad skills and work with increasing digitalisation and technology. The core task of home care is to safeguard the daily life of older people living at home so they can live in a manner that matches their own wishes and security in their own homes. The job suits someone who enjoys variety and mobile work. Medical treatment, hygiene, nutrition and mobility are areas where most older people need help. You will need the ability to work independently and make decisions, organize your own work, and have good team-working skills. We have autonomous shift planning that allows for individual solutions and makes it easier to balance free time and work. Occupational health services are provided by Mehiläinen.
