Building caretaker

We are looking for a skilled Building caretaker for our client site in Oulu. In this role you will be responsible for the facility maintenance of an education site in Kaukovainio, Oulu. Your duties include a range of indoor tasks such as fault repairs and maintenance work, as well as tuning and monitoring of building automation systems. Your shifts are typically weekdays 7:00–15:00. This is a full-time, permanent position with start date as soon as possible upon agreement. The position offers a wage in line with the Kiinteistöpalvelualan työehtosopimus pay grade 3 (13.22 €/h) plus possible shift allowances based on actual hours and potential education allowance based on completed qualification.
