Technical Maintenance Technician

Technical maintenance helper for lifting equipment in Pirkkala. We are looking for a capable, hands-on technician to join Pirkkala. In this role you will work with a variety of machines. The day-to-day is not boring, and every day offers puzzles to solve. What does the job include? You will maintain and repair hoists and earthmoving machines, which means troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable. You will especially work with hoists, delving into electrical systems and battery tasks, so understanding electricity is useful. Hydraulics are a central part of daily work, so reading diagrams should not stay theoretical. What do we expect from you? Experience or skills in machine maintenance and repairs. Ability to read hydraulic and electrical diagrams. A practical, hands-on approach; faults are often solved with your hands, not only by thinking. A hobbyist mindset (e.g., car or machinery tinkering) is a strong plus. A certification as lifting equipment inspector is a big plus but not mandatory. What do we offer?
