Construction cleaning supervisor

Construction cleaning supervisor position for the Helsinki metropolitan area. Are you a construction cleaning professional with supervisory experience and desire to take responsibility for daily operations at work sites? We are looking for a construction cleaning supervisor for the Helsinki area. In the role you will be responsible for the daily organization of construction cleaning, directing workers and ensuring work quality and smoothness. The job suits someone who works independently and takes responsibility and can handle multiple tasks. Your tasks include: daily leadership and organization of construction cleaning sites; directing workers and task allocation; planning shifts and resources; monitoring work quality and schedules; contacting clients, workers and site stakeholders; onboarding and orientation of workers; ensuring safety; monitoring site situations and solving possible problems; if needed participate in hands-on construction cleaning tasks. We expect: previous experience in construction cleaning and/or supervisory tasks; good organizational skills and responsible work attitude; ability to lead workers independently; good communication and cooperation skills; proactiveness and problem-solving ability; good Finnish language skills; B-class driving license; willingness to travel in the Helsinki metropolitan area; Work safety card. Prior experience in construction cleaning supervisory is an asset. The most important is to take the overall responsibility and advance tasks at the site.
