General Guide

Turtle-watching sessions, forest safaris, and guiding international guests through Lapland become your daily routine as a General Guide in Rovaniemi. You’ll be responsible for delivering a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for customers, across a variety of excursions. The role is multi-faceted and combines customer service with teamwork to ensure guests have exceptional experiences in Lapland. You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in diverse settings, guiding groups of travelers and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth operations. Proficiency in English is essential, and additional languages are considered a plus. We value positive attitude, situational awareness, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
