You will primarily work at our Lahti office, which will open soon. In this role: you will be responsible for recruitment and HR work within the staffing services industry. Your work includes the various stages of the recruitment process, employment lifecycle management, and providing suitable candidates for our clients. You will participate in recruitment processes, employee selection, and employment management. In your role, you will utilize practical HR expertise and ensure that the service for our customers functions smoothly from start to finish. To succeed in the position: You have experience from the staffing services industry and are well-acquainted with industry practices. You are motivated, proactive, and want to develop both yourself and operational methods. Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish is essential for the role.
