Car Protective Film Installer

Restyling Point is a company specialized in protecting cars. In the last three years we have protected over 4,568 cars and 312 properties. Our work is based on written work instructions, clear quality standards and repeatable methods. We are now seeking a Car Protective Film Installer (PPF) / wrap specialist to work on car protective films. The role suits someone who enjoys precise manual work, focused tasks, and high-quality results. Previous PPF installation experience is not mandatory; we will train you in our methods, materials, and quality standards. What the job includes: installing transparent and colored PPF films on car paint surfaces to protect against stone chips, scratches, and wear and to enable customization. Your day-to-day tasks include checking the car and work order, preparing the work station, applying PPF films, finishing edges and details, inspecting your own work, maintaining tools and workspace, and correcting any deviations before completion. You will work according to written work and quality standards, knowing in advance what will be done to the car, what material will be used, and the required quality level. What success looks like: a finished car with the film applied carefully, details finished, and the result meeting the defined quality criteria within the agreed timeline. This role is not a sales or customer service position. Prior PPF installation experience is an asset, but not required; we value the ability to learn our methods and improve. What we offer: permanent employment with regular daytime hours 8:00–16:30 on weekdays; Restyling Academy plus about 2 months of phased onboarding to our methods, materials and standards; fixed base pay plus performance-based bonus; written work instructions and standards; appropriate tools and working conditions; clear career path with growth in skills, responsibility and rewards; possibility of flexible working hours as you progress along the career path. Salary: 2 000–4 700 €/kk. Total compensation combines base pay and bonus; strong, efficient work and workload influence total earnings.
