Expert Project Subcontracting

Monitoring and progress control of subcontractor performance; Commercial handling of subcontractor claims; Supplement and change management to/from subcontractors; Claim management in close cooperation with contract management; Minimizing risks that may arise from subcontractor delays through proactive planning and communication; Negotiating contract conclusions; Close cooperation with engineering, design, quality management, planning, and project management to ensure smooth project execution; Continuous improvement management through regular feedback and implementation of lessons learned; Regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager; Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Several years’ experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry; Knowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is an advantages; Proficient in both English and German, spoken and written; Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phase; Decisiveness, openness to change, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented working style;
