Entrepreneur

**Here is your opportunity!** I am a long-time hairdresser and entrepreneur (my business has been operating for 50 years). I have supposedly retired, but in reality I have continued working. I now want to sell or rent to you the premises I own on Riistakatu, where I have worked as a hairdresser for more than 20 years. It may also be possible to start operating under an ownership agreement. The commercial unit is at street level in a very good, easily accessible location. It measures 28 square metres and has a separate customer area and social facilities. The windows and entrance doors have been renewed. You can rent the space furnished (hairdressing chair, wash station, sales counter) or unfurnished. **The space is also suitable for other business activities.** If you are interested, please get in touch and we can discuss further. I can send you photos of the commercial premises by email if you wish. Best regards, Arja Tel. 050 385 0034 arja.e.lappalainen@gmail.com
