About the role

We are now looking for a service-oriented and customer-centric LOBBY SERVICE EMPLOYEE for a Business Park site in Ruoholahti, Helsinki! In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of high-classification lobby services. You are the first point of contact for the property and provide first-class service experiences for the property users with your professional and interactive approach. Our customer site is located with good transport connections in Ruoholahti. Your daily tasks include customer service as well as receiving, guiding, and advising property users. You will ensure the smooth running of everyday operations by taking care of various practical matters, such as mailing tasks, access control and key management, coordination of room bookings and room arrangements, and the production of various notices and advertisements. You will participate in planning property events together with the rest of the team. You handle any task flexibly, and if necessary, you can also manage cafe customer service. You enjoy a diverse job description, keep everything under control, and your genuine smile lasts even in the midst of a rush. You want to advance things and find solutions, and you are not deterred by more unusual service requests. You are not afraid to perform and dare to immerse yourself with your team, for example, in various themed events. You will have an on-site supervisor and the support of a competent ISS team. We provide a comprehensive service to our customer and are a multi-service team that helps each other and handles matters quickly, exceeding customer expectations. Your shifts are on weekdays, mainly between 7:30 and 17:00. This is a full-time employment contract (37.5 h/week) and is valid until further notice. We hope you can start in the position on September 7, 2026. The position is paid at least according to salary group 4 of the Property Services industry collective agreement (2235 €/month). In addition, a personal supplement based on expertise may be paid. ISS is the place for you! What we expect from you - previous experience in high-profile customer service and reception tasks in a demanding international environment for at least 2 years. An educational background in customer service (e.g., receptionist or hotel clerk) is considered an advantage. - fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English; other language skills are considered an advantage. You will serve international customers daily and produce various notices in both languages. - up-to-date IT skills. You use MS Office programs fluently and learn new systems quickly, which helps you in your work, e.g., as a user of the property's access control application. - an excellent and smiling service attitude as well as an understanding of the obligations and requirements of service culture. - interaction and cooperation skills that help you identify customer needs and meet them always professionally and politely. - good physical condition as well as flexibility and a positive attitude toward diverse tasks. - creative problem-solving skills and organizational skills. - a Category B driver's license, entitling you to drive a manual transmission vehicle. - a security guard card; approval for this will be sought together with the employer for the selected person. - an occupational safety card. A valid card is considered an advantage, but we will arrange training if necessary.
