You will act as the face of the brand locally, building strong relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the wider consumer community to serve Neko’s objectives. This role combines community management, marketing, events and partnerships to ensure our clinic delivers an exceptional experience, remains top of mind locally, and is widely talked about and recommended, while supporting bookings and retention goals.</p><p></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships</li><li>Strong existing network within the Miami community, including influencers, local partners, and key stakeholders</li><li>Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously</li><li>Commercially minded with strong organizational skills</li><li>Passion for startups and community-building and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
