Site Manager

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Site Manager to join our team in Turku. You will work closely with the site manager and site engineer to ensure we deliver a flawless home for our clients. Your responsibilities include pre-planning and preparing the construction site, coordinating the execution of construction phases, and managing the schedule and costs for your own work packages. Safety is a core value for us. We expect you to have suitable construction training, for example as a construction foreman or civil engineer, and the ability to lead and organize the different phases of a construction site from start to finish, with a commitment to safe and high-quality construction. Successful performance requires strong time-management, pre-planning, and proactive progress of tasks. A methodical work style and good communication and negotiation skills are also required for smooth cooperation with partners and internal experts. Experience from new-build multi-story constructions and time-schedule execution is beneficial.
