Healthcare Assistant

Two vacancies are available in two units: Kyrö (as soon as possible – 31 December 2026) and Somero (1 September 2026 – 31 December 2026). Your tasks As a nurse aide you work with a rehabilitative approach among the elderly. The goal of the work is to support the client's ability to live at home and strengthen their functional capacity in daily life. The work is versatile and based on the client's individual plan and goals. Your tasks include implementing the client’s rehabilitation plan, providing basic care and medication administration, and daily notes and drafting care or service plans. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team where well-being is at the center. Work in the Home Rehabilitation Assessment Period team is two-shift. What we expect from you We expect you to be interested in rehabilitative home care for the elderly, able to work independently and to be part of a multidisciplinary team. Good Finnish language skills are required. Advantageous: valid LOVe medication license, knowledge of the RAI system and good IT skills. The eligibility for the role is a social and health care sector basic education (nurse aide) or a prior school-level qualification in the field and a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers. Driving license and ability to use your own car are required.
