Store Manager Trainee

JYSK is looking for a motivated Future Store Manager (Trainee) for their Kajaani location. This is a fast-track role where trainees receive responsibility, training, and the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager within a year, with future potential to become a Regional Manager. The role involves learning store operations, managing projects related to the store manager's role, and handling daily tasks including sales, team leadership, warehouse work, customer service, and cashier duties. The trainee will work closely with the current store manager and a mentor, providing active feedback to the team. The first year includes a specialized training program consisting of five one-week sessions at the Vantaa head office. The position requires good physical fitness and flexibility regarding working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should be sales-oriented, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
