Agricultural machinery technician Join a skilled service team. We are seeking a capable and proactive tractor repairer for permanent maintenance and repair work. Our client is a long‑standing operator whose strengths are strong expertise, high quality workmanship and customer‑oriented service. The company employs an experienced team whose knowledge customers have trusted for years. We are now seeking a new person to strengthen the maintenance operation. The customer base consists of farms, contractors and other heavy machinery users. In this role you will service and repair a variety of machines and solve practical problems in changing situations. What does the job include? Your tasks include: tractor and other heavy machinery maintenance and repair work; fault diagnosis and troubleshooting; handling of spare parts and customer service related to spare parts sales; occasional customer visits in the Central Finland region; solving various mechanical and technical problems. The work is versatile and practical. Days are not the same, and you will encounter routine maintenance as well as more challenging repair projects. You could be the person we are looking for if you have experience from maintenance and repair of tractors, work machines or other heavy machinery; you enjoy technical problem solving and fault finding; you work independently and responsibly; you can interact with customers professionally and with a good attitude; you work fluently in Finnish; you have a B‑driving licence. Your background may be in agricultural machinery, work machines, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance or other machine repair. We particularly value strong mechanical skills and the ability to solve technical problems. What we offer?
