Fleet Expansion Manager

As we continue our international growth, we are looking for a Fleet Expansion Manager to take ownership of fleet-related expansion projects across Europe. You will own the fleet setup for new markets and ensure that vehicles are operationally ready, responsibilities are clear, and timelines and dependencies are managed ahead of launch. You will also build scalable processes for bringing additional vehicles into existing markets as operations grow. You will work across teams and stakeholders to keep multiple expansion projects moving towards launch. Key Responsibilities Own the fleet workstream for new market launches and expansion projects Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, responsibilities and scalable processes Coordinate and delegate work across teams and stakeholders, set clear expectations and follow progress through to completion Identify dependencies, risks and potential bottlenecks early and drive them towards resolution Prioritize and adapt plans across several parallel projects as timelines and priorities evolve What we are looking for To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong ownership and a track record of independently driving projects from planning to completion Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to maintain focus across multiple simultaneous priorities Sound judgement and the confidence to make well-judged decisions even when information is incomplete The ability to create clarity and structure in a changing environment Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with a clear focus on follow-through Fluent English What We Offer A supportive and open work environment where everyone's contribution is valued The opportunity to play an important role in our international growth Great opportunities to develop your professional skills and grow your career with us International working environment A flexible hybrid working model and flexible working hours Additional information and application Salary range for this position is 4500-4800 € monthly.
