SAP S/4 Senior Manager

We are looking for a senior level professional who brings a strong balance of commercial acumen, delivery excellence, and stakeholder leadership, combined with a proven consulting background. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex SAP-led business transformations and turn ambitious programmes into measurable business outcomes. Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 transformation programmes (greenfield, brownfield, or selective). Manage complex, multi-country and multi-stream deployments. Oversee key programme elements, including S/4, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover. Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor. Drive governance through steering committees and executive forums. Support and lead deal shaping, proposals, and client negotiations. Ensure strong commercial control (scope, change management, pricing, and margins). Translate business needs into clear transformation roadmaps and drive adoption. Lead large distributed teams across onshore and offshore models. Manage risks, financials, and complex delivery challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
