Building caretaker

We are looking for a skilled building caretaker for our client sites in Helsinki. In this role you will be responsible for property maintenance at customer sites in the Koillis-Helsinki area, including schools, kindergartens and multipurpose sites. Your duties include various maintenance, repair and service tasks as well as adjustments and monitoring of building automation. You will also perform outdoor area maintenance tasks, such as snow clearing with manual tools and preventing slipping, as well as waste collection. You should be comfortable driving and, in winter, outdoor work may be done with machinery. Your shifts are generally weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00. This is a full-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible. The role pays at least the wage group 3 of the Real Estate Services Collective Agreement (13.22 €/h) plus possible on-call pay according to actual hours and a possible education allowance based on the completed degree. There may also be personal pay increases based on your skills and site-specific factors.
