We are seeking an IT Developer to design and develop applications for our manufacturing needs. About the Role: You will design and develop applications through their lifecycle, from selection and implementation to maintenance and retirement. You will provide operational support to end-users, participate in upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation. You will collaborate with business counterparts, IT teams and service suppliers to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems. You will ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulations. About You: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in Application Development in manufacturing contexts. You have strong proficiency in programming language (APEX) and R&D tools (e.g., Git). Knowledge of Oracle Forms is an advantage. Strong communication and cooperation skills in German and English, spoken and written.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Application Development in manufacturing contexts
- Strong proficiency in Apex and Git; Oracle Forms is an advantage
- Intermediate skills in server operating systems and databases (Oracle, MySQL) and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and proactive development mindset
- Strong communication and cooperation skills in German and English
