Production worker at TETRIX – for someone who likes to know a bit of everything. At TETRIX we build trade show booths, display systems, light boxes, advertising stands and special solutions for companies. Some products we manufacture repeatedly, others we have never built before. We may not be looking for someone who already knows everything. We search for someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and getting things done. Our aluminum structures are produced in our own aluminum workshop where light aluminum profiles are cut, locks and brackets installed, and drilling, threading and other simple machining work are performed. You do not need to know these from the start. We teach you. Because we do a lot of customer-specific solutions, you will regularly encounter tasks where there is no ready-made instruction manual. Then you must think: how can we solve this simply and smartly? Sometimes the answer is already with someone among us. Sometimes you have to measure, test, think, and try again. We also produce large-format graphics for trade show booths and advertising structures. Our large-format printers print the graphics, after which they are trimmed, finished, and adapted to our systems. When all parts are ready we often do a test build to ensure everything fits, works and looks as it should before delivering to the customer. Then the whole set is packed for transport – or we go out to install the booth at the customer. One day aluminum – the next something entirely different. This job is not for someone who wants to do exactly the same task every day. One day you may cut aluminum and install brackets. The next day you may cut large graphics, pack a booth bound for Sweden, fetch parts from the warehouse, or figure out how to build a custom solution. Sometimes a trade fair is around the corner, transport is due, and everything must be ready. We need a go-getter who does not give up when things get tight, who thinks about what must be done first, what can be done in parallel, and how we can finish it together. But rushing must not compromise quality. The customer must still receive the right parts, clean graphics and a working product. We believe you will fit with us if you are someone who likes to be handy, practical and curious to learn. You do not need to be an aluminum expert, a graphic designer, a fitter or a warehouse worker from day one. The most important thing is that you are curious to learn. It’s also a plus if you are comfortable with new machines and you are not nervous about trying new equipment – show me how it works, and we will teach you. You should have an eye for details and fix things that are not right rather than waiting for someone to give you an order. Order and tidiness are real parts of production here. Parts must be found, the warehouse kept tidy and workstations set up so the next job can start quickly. The key is how you work. Almost all individual steps are simple once you’ve learned them. The challenge lies in variety and managing the whole. You must be able to switch tasks, think for yourself, ask when you don’t know, and gradually learn what to do next without constant instruction. Some days you need an inventor. Other days a problem solver. And sometimes simply a go-getter who decides this must be finished. We value people who dare to try. When making many special solutions, the first idea is not always best. The important thing is to think again and find a better solution. Practical: you need a B-driver’s license because the job sometimes includes transport or installation at the customer’s site. We work with customers in several languages. If you can speak Finnish and Swedish, that is excellent. English is also very useful as our customers, suppliers and instructions are international. Prior experience in production, aluminum, carpentry, advertising production, installation, warehouse work, construction, machinery or similar is a plus. But the right attitude weighs heavily.
