We’re building a talent pool for Founders Associate roles across our portfolio — the early hire every founder wishes they’d made sooner. No fixed vacancy right now, but when a portfolio company needs their first “make it happen” person, we want you at the top of the list. What this usually means: You’ve done things before — ideally in a startup, scaleup, or founder-adjacent role. You’re comfortable with the mess of very early stage: no playbook, shifting priorities, wearing five hats before lunch. One day you might be pulling together a pitch deck or chasing down a first customer, the next you’re sorting out ops, hiring, or whatever else the founder hasn’t got to yet — skills like fundraising support, growth experiments, basic finance, or just sharp problem-solving all count.
