Temporary daytime activity supervisor position at Pihlajakoti. The unit provides around-the-clock services for adults with developmental disabilities in Lappeenranta. Pihlajakoti has 14 apartments and two residents in the courtyard houses. The unit houses its own integrated daytime activities. The daytime activity supervisor works in the Pihlajakoti unit and collaborates closely with other staff. They plan activities for clients, both group-based and individual. Cooperation is also with other integrated daytime activity units. The role is a daytime position Monday–Friday 8–16. We hope applicants can work independently with a positive attitude, creativity, and group leadership skills and have experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Requirements include AMK degree in social and health care or equivalent and licensure as required by the Social Welfare Professionals Act (817/2015 3§). The employer requires a health certificate within 30 days, vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48, and a criminal background check under Act (741/2023 28 §). Requirements
