Project lead responsible for AI Boost Västra Nyland project, coordinating between partners, companies and stakeholders. Tasks include planning and following up activities, budget reporting and administration, coordinating collaboration among companies, associations, municipalities and students, planning and delivering workshops, networking events and other project activities, mapping needs and developing AI competency development models, ensuring visibility and dissemination of results, and contributing to reports and the project’s digital knowledge platform. The project aims to support at least 30 companies to strengthen their AI competence and advance their digital development. The position is 50% of full-time hours with a hybrid work arrangement including possible remote work and travel within the project area. Located in Turku, Finland.

Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and follow up project activities
- Be responsible for the project budget, reporting and administration together with the financial specialist
- Coordinate collaboration between companies, business associations, municipalities, students and other stakeholders
- Plan and deliver workshops, seminars, networking events and other project activities
- Coordinate needs assessments and professional development initiatives for companies
- Contribute to development of AI competency development models and company collaboration
- Ensure project visibility, communication and dissemination of results
- Contribute to production of reports, publications and the project’s digital knowledge platform
- The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project including leadership, follow-up, reporting, communication and coordination of activities
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish, Finnish, and English
- Experience collaborating with companies and external stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and networking skills
