About the role

Outbound Product Manager, Demo Architect - IFS Loops Job Description We are seeking a highly technical Demo Infrastructure Engineer who will own the stability, scalability, and reliability of our demo environments for the Loops Agentic AI platform. This role ensures our field sales engineers have complete confidence that every demo they deliver is predictable, consistent, stable — and always ready to go. This person will think beyond just “setup” — they will engineer demo environments as product-grade assets: scalable, cost-optimized, repeatable, integrated, and resilient. The goal is to make our demo ecosystem a strategic differentiator in the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities include: Own, manage, and continuously improve the core demo infrastructure for the Loops platform; Work closely with Engineering to ensure demo environments maintain high availability, performance, and resilience; Identify and drive automation opportunities for environment creation, reset, teardown, and cloning following DevOps principles; Build a Demo Hub strategy that enables the field team to easily access demo-ready instances, packaged by use case, Digital worker type, and scenarios; Be hands-on to spin up new demo instances, integrate necessary data + APIs, and ensure consistent behavior across environments; Think deeply about integrations—ERP, OMS, Service, IoT, and external systems—to reflect realistic end-to-end demo flows; Proactively QA new features being introduced to the platform to avoid demo disruption and maintain demo trust; Drive cost-optimization strategies for infrastructure overhead while scaling demo capacity globally; Partner with GTM and SE teams to evolve demo storylines aligned to top-use-case scenarios. Qualifications include Experience: We are an AI company, so you should approach your work with a growth mindset and look for ways to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions; Experience operating demo environments, pre-sales infrastructure, or dev/test environment management for SaaS or enterprise platforms; Strong hands-on scripting and automation skills (Python / Bash / PowerShell) with a DevOps mindset; Familiarity with cloud compute (Azure/AWS/GCP), containers (Docker/K8s), CI/CD, version control, and infra-as-code principles; Ability to think in terms of systems + integrations — not just screens; Ability to balance speed and quality — knowing where to automate, templatize, or optimize cost vs performance; Strong troubleshooting instincts, structured problem solving, and proactive ownership mentality; Desire to continuously learn how our product works, how Digital Workers function end-to-end, and how to best represent their value through demos; 5-8 years’ experience in similar roles; Mandatory Requirement: Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Additional Information: We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences. By fostering a sense of community, we drive innovation, strengthen connections, and nurture belonging. Our commitment ensures you can work in a way that suits you best, while also engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships.
