Lead Cleaner

Are you a precise cleaning professional who can also take responsibility? We are seeking a Responsible Cleaner / Ten-performer for Sisu Siivouksessa who works as part of our team while also supporting employees and helping ensure the quality of Sisu Siivous’s work remains high. In this role you will not sit in an office leading others. You will contribute and lead by example. Your duties include cleaning at various client sites, monitoring and ensuring cleaning quality, onboarding new employees, guiding and supporting staff, ensuring adherence to work instructions, organizing work at facilities when needed, addressing observed quality deviations and correcting them. We are looking for someone who is precise and proud of their own workmanship, understands what high-quality cleaning should look like, dares to take responsibility, can give constructive feedback, gets along with different people, has at least reasonable English skills, is hands-on, and wants to develop both themselves and the team. Prior experience in cleaning is important for this role. Supervisory experience is a plus, but we are not looking for a finished supervisor—above all we want a good practitioner with a desire and ability to take more responsibility. Employment and salary: Type: full-time. At start, weekly hours may vary depending on client sites and work conditions. Goal is to become full-time as soon as possible. Salary: as per agreement.
