Elderly General Practitioner

We are now looking for elderly general practitioners for Pirkanmaa. The job involves working with elderly patients and is primarily remote. As a GP, you will be responsible for primary health care in your area, similar to a health center doctor, in service housing units and/or home care. The service also includes accommodation units for people with developmental disabilities, offering opportunities to expand your skills and work scope. You can work with both elderly and developmentally disabled clients in Tampere, Orivesi, Ikaalinen, Sastamala, or Punkalaidun. This hybrid role is mostly remote, allowing work from anywhere in Finland. The work schedule is flexible, with working hours from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays, part- or full-time. The role includes weekly remote rounds and semi-urgent consultations, with on-site visits every 1-2 months and annual check-ups for residents. The work is mainly remote, excluding on-site visits.
