Facilities Manager

We are seeking a permanent municipal employee for Ylivieska to fill the position of Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager serves as a leader with P&L responsibility for facilities services, leading, planning, and developing the city’s facilities operations. The successful candidate should have a suitable polytechnic degree in construction or real estate technology, strong expertise and experience in the facilities services field, and leadership experience. The role requires an autonomous and developmental work approach and ability to manage broad customer entities, as well as strong written and spoken Finnish. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and the ability to prioritise tasks are also required. The role offers a monthly salary of 5398.16 euros. Before starting, the appointed person must provide an acceptable medical certificate. A six-month probationary period may be observed. A driving license category B and own car use are required.
