We are hiring an Early Childhood Education Teacher for the Keimolanmäen Daycare to work with a 1–3-year-old group. The daycare operates a home-area model with six home areas. Two groups share one home area, each with its own facilities. The setting supports strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan and participates in the ProVaka model, which emphasizes positive feedback, inclusive practice, and consistent guidance across staff. The kindergarten is co-located with Keimolanmäen school, allowing daily collaboration and shared spaces such as a restaurant, gym, and yard. We offer comprehensive onboarding, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive team culture where colleagues help each other. Work shifts generally run 7:50–16:09, with one sak day per planning period and a weekly sak time for all teachers. We value multilingualism, inclusion, positive pedagogy, and play-based learning, and invite applicants who are eager to contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.
