Identifying content that violates platform guidelines
Taking appropriate action based on policies
Investigating suspicious or risky activity
Identifying patterns and trends to flag emerging issues
Working with internal tools to maintain platform safety
Adhering to quality and compliance standards
Managing potentially sensitive content with professionalism

Requirements

Fluent Swedish
Good English skills (B2+)
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable making decisions based on guidelines and policies
Organised and able to manage high task volume
Able to work with potentially sensitive content
Experience in content moderation, fraud prevention, compliance, investigations, customer support or similar is a plus
