Bowling Hall All-rounder

We are seeking an experienced all-rounder with strong background in the hospitality sector to join in a temporary position at Ruusulan Bowling Hall in Helsinki. The role is a versatile mix of customer service and restaurant duties, with a primary focus on the hall side but also includes kitchen tasks such as baking bread and pizzas; there is a separate restaurant connected to the bowling hall for shifts on the kitchen side as well. Availability for kitchen work is mandatory to enable up to 90 hours over 3 weeks. Key duties include greeting customers and managing reservations, bar service and serving, operating and maintaining bowling machines, general venue maintenance, and supporting the kitchen and restaurant operations. Working hours follow the bowling hall opening hours, typically Saturday to Monday 13:00–24:00. Start date is 1 Oct 2026 – 31 Mar 2027 with a fixed-term contract; further shifts may be offered depending on business needs. Remuneration is based on skills and experience, hourly wage between €13.70–€16, plus possible collective agreement additions. Team size is around 10. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, bar and serving experience is a plus, kitchen competence, customer service orientation, flexibility, stress resilience and initiative, good physical condition, hygiene certificate and alcohol serving permit, health screening for successful applicant, and fluent Finnish.
