Service Coordinator

In Office & Real Estate key account we understand our customers’ business. A core part of our offering in this unit’s account segments is workplace services. We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to strengthen our amazing facilities service team in Espoo, Keilaniemi. As a Service Coordinator you play a key role in creating an excellent service experience for our client. In this multi-service site (reception/security, cleaning, property care, technical and office services) you will be responsible especially for the smooth operation of the reception service, you will hold coordination meetings, inform about changes and develop these areas. You will coordinate related projects, perform administrative tasks and reporting. You will also support the production of other services as part of the service team to ensure a unified and functional service experience for our customers. The position is full-time and permanent. You report to the account manager. We expect you to have suitable education and experience in customer service roles. You are not fazed by rapid changes; as a solution-focused professional you can operate in changing situations. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English with a friendly service attitude. You have good IT skills and especially up-to-date MS Office proficiency. You are precise, independent and have good teamwork skills. Project experience is a clear advantage.
